Multi-trim Function not working

Post by KPPang »

Hello,
I am using VS ProX2.
The dialog box opens and I can trim/cut sections of video. But when it comes to save/ok - it freezes.

Since Oct 2008 have reinstall program twice already - same problem.

My operating system is Vista Home premium. Has anyone out there have similar problem?

It works fine in my Ulead VS 11+
VS ProX2 is box and bought online. Box came from Taiwan.

Any suggestion what to do to repair?

Cheers

Does this happen with other source material, perhaps the video is corrupted.

Multi-trim Function not working

Hi

I had the same problem too. When you click OK button nothing happens. Fix for me is to just hit the enter key on the keyboard. Multi-trim Function will then work.

Thankyou for yr answers SJ & Nunk.... no email notification was in my inbox??

Anyway... will look into the link suggested by SJ - no so far none of my videos are 'corrupted' all other functions working ok..

Nunk : will try using the "Enter" key next time and keep you informed.

Hi KimPen

Have you updated DirectX
See the announcement at the top of this forum.
This has cured some problems with the program.

Your welcome KPPang

I think there's bug with on-click event in the Multi-trim dialog box on the ok button . Anyone else have the same problem? If so it should be reported if not already done so.

I have the same problem with the OK-Button in the "Multi-Trim-Function".

I think the reason of the problem:
If you have more older versions of VS-Software on your PC.

I think the problem can be solved by deinstalling older versions of VS
I'm using "VIDEOSTUDIO" since 2005: using since Ulead 5+6+7 -->> COREL VIDEO STUDIO 10+11+12+14+15+17+19+19.5+20 WIN 10
