Alludo USER to USER Web Board

I downloaded Corel Video Studio Pro X2 trial version. I purchased the key.Not all of my 3D effects work and the ones found in "Album" do not work at all although the thumbnails are present in projects. Any suggestions?

Sorry to say but we have always advised against obtaining keys for trial versions. Perhaps Corel can let you exchange it for a full version and then uninstall the (activated) trial version and install from fresh.
