Hi all,
I get the rules that we can't discuss competing software here. I understand. So for those of us that can't hang with XP for the next 5 years and will terribly miss the capability of MSP8 when its time to move on, where CAN we go to discuss viable options?
Is there another product that can hold a candle to MSP8 that will run on Vista or Win 7? Don't answer that question here. But please suggest where I can go to get the answer.
Now if Win 7 will run XP programs, then everything is golden!
Thanks,
Barry
Then where do we go... ?

Hi Barry,
Yes there is, and it's called the General Discussions section. Within that section is one for discussions about Video and DVD. In those forums, you are free to post about things that are not Corel, Ulead, Intervideo related products. So posting your questions there would not be violating the rules. The rules for posting in the General Discussions forums are found here-->http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?p=79714#79714
I've moved your post to that forum, leaving a shadow copy in the MSP forum...
You might have a look at Magix Video Pro X I've had a look at it, and would be using it, however my current budget will not allow it. I know Devil made the move to it a couple of months ago...
Edit:
I've been trying out Magix Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus. Amazingly it does about everything that Video Pro X does, but costs no more than VS...

Yes... Corel has left a serious hole behind for heavy users of MSP.bgm1961 wrote:
