Record back to HDV Camcorder

I have created a project in VS Pro X2. I am trying to record it back to my Canon HG10 Camcorder. In VS under "Share" I chose HDV recording. It rendered the project in mpg but when I look at Corel Guide Menu, the "Write back to camcorder" is highlighted OK but in the selection box only the MTS files in the folder where I saved the mpg are listed. It looks as if I need to save the rendered project as a "MTS" file. Is this possible please?

A Forum Search for "HG10" brought back several hits, including this:

Thanks for the response. I did in fact search the Forum but I think the only keyword I didn't look for was HG10. I have now studied the HG10 manual a little more closely and what it says is "When backup copies of movie clips are transferred to a computer, these clips can be transferred back to the cameras hard drive. This is indded the case. What you can't do is edit the clips and then return them to the hard drive. What we need is software that will save a vsp file to MTS! I wonder if this is feasible? I'm certainly not techie enough to work that one out.
