Plz help me!!

I have Ulead GIF Animator 5 and it is a great program BUT I can't import a AVI file, the program always shutsdown when I am trying to import a file.
plz help me someone??

What do you mean by Import? I don't have a Menu Item named Import in my Gif 5. Do you mean Open a file?

Does this happen when you open an AVI only file, other file formats, or all file formats?

Is there an ERROR message or any kind of Dialog Box before the shutdown. What kind of a Shutdown are you experiencing, Gif or Windows?
