Hello to all:
I have MF5 and I have the Divx codec installed. I can open the files and they play in sync on the time line and in the DVD player.
However, the resulting DVD's are way out of sync with the picture leading the audio by a good 3.5 seconds.
Has this issue been completely resolved with Version 6 of the program? I see there is a Patch #2 listed for MF6. Does this address the sync issue as it seems to state?
I'll gladly spend the $49 for the upgrade if this will work.
Thanks for the help on this!
Support for Divx in MF5?

I installed the trial of MF6 and it did produce DVD's from my Divx files that remained in perfect lip sync.
Interestingly, MF6 seems to be using the older Divx V5.X codec even though I have Divx V6.4 installed for Beyond TV's (my TV recording program) compression engine.
As the article you sited stated, there can be problems with MF working with codecs not installed for itself.
Thanks for the help on this. Much appreciated, as always.
