What does this mean?

It means that your template files are not in the location that UVS expected them to be possibly because you have not installed the programme fully and correctly - after you downloaded and installed the programme did you also use the 'Smart Download' function to download the additional content file (all 750Mb of it) and then install ALL the seperate components of that download
