CAPTURE Nightmare with Videostudio 11+

It has now decided to start working/capturing again............................


I have no idea as to why. The previous problems were captured on two seperate tapes. I am still awaiting official response to my complaint levied at Ulead, because their response to this problem is that the HV30, (and the HV20), are NOT compatible with Videostudio; Videostudio does NOT support these cameras. Whether or not they get round to making this clear in their sales literature, or notifying the hundreds of thousands, if not MILLIONS of users who have these cameras, remains to be seen.
