X2 Ultimate Special Price Upgrade: Need Fresh install?

I just took advantage of the special offer to upgrade from X2 to X2 Ultimate. My first instinct is to uninstall X2 before installing Ultimate, especially as there's no "UPG" anywhere in the name of the exe I downloaded.

However, I want to be absolutely certain that:
Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 Ultimate
Special Upgrade
Thank you for shopping at Corel
Special Upgrade from Paint Shop
Pro Photo X2
does not mean I should be upgrading by installing over the top of my existing X2. I apologise if this question seems redundant or dumb, blame an excess of caution. Thanks!

In case anybody else is wondering, since this thread's had 20+ views, the answer is that an uninstall and fresh install seems to work just fine.
