Will Video Studio ever have multiple sound tracks. I know we currently have 2, but sometimes you need more than that, has anyone heard any rumors about this?

Why not add it to our
Wish List?

Thank you...I will do so. Do you know if they look at this list?

Remember that video tracks can also double as sound tracks...
You do this by creating a new project....add sound and black colour.
Export the project as a video file then add this new file in an overlay track

Clevo . . .
If you make the audio file into a video and add it to a overlay track, won't the black color override the video on the main track?
Wouldn't the video you created from the audio have to go in the main track?

Yes. This is a small bone of contention I have with VS. Their tracks are upside down on the timeline. Overlay track number 6 should be at the top, because it overlays track number 5, and number five should be above number 4, and so on. The "main" track should be at the bottom.
So to answer your question, yes. In this instance your "audio" tracks would be on the underneath tracks (what VS calls the main video track and, subsequently, overlays 1, 2, etc. - even though they are above the others on the timeline).

You can key out the black (or what ever colour you chose)

I create a new replacement wish list at the launch of each new version.
First time I replaced one - within a few days one of the Corel Development Team sent me an email asking me where the old list was!
