I get this everytime I am setting the chapter menus. What is going on?

Any ideas? I previously has VS7, do I need to remove that from my computer??

It's very fustrating to have a new program and not even be able to use it. I have no problems with 7, and for all it's limitations it was always good to me. What gives?

After you downloaded and installed the programme file did you also use the 'Smart Download' function to download the additional content file (all 750Mb of it) and then install ALL the seperate components of that download

I did not do the smart download, I will do that when I get home tonight!

Ok, I did that, and I even uninstalled the program and re-installed it. After about 6 chapters I get the same problem. I am past the point of fustration. I appreciate your suggestions, but why am I not seeing other people with this problem? What am I doing wrong that is making this happen?
