Hi hope someone can help me. I've tried to install the above on my system 3 times now and each time it wipes out the burner. Anywhere you look in the system the PC cannot see the burner anymore. I did have Cyberlink power to go installed but before i tried loading movie factory the third time i uninstalled that to see if that made a difference. Its exactly the same! I've tried reloading the burner drivers but that wont work as the pc thinks the burner has been removed.
I'm now faced with rebuilding the pc yet again to get it to be as it was before i loaded this software. Am i being totally thick here?
