a mere 24 hours ago I made the decision to upgrade from VS7 to VS9, I paid my money and downloaded the file directly off the Ulead site.
The install went fine. Shortly after I rebooted I wanted to make my first DVD with VS9. I started creating chapters and it crash as I was making my 5 or sixth chapter. It was late, I just shut down and went to bed.
So here I am wanting to make a 1hr and 26 minute video and make a DVD. I created chapters again and this time it let me. However I did get error messages that the template file (for the menus) did not load. Also I was only able to create my 1st screen and not the chapter listing screens. Shortly after that, the program crashed again.
I had no problem with VS7 at all and for all it's limitations I was making some cool DVD's. This is very upsetting that I have this seemingly great new program and I can't even make 1 DVD.
Is there a pack I need to download that will fix these errors and bugs. I hope someone can help me, before I have to make more DVD's in VS7, I would really like to make make my next batch in 9.
Thanks
Mark
