Alludo USER to USER Web Board

I recently sent a note to the forum to get guidance. My Audio tab does not work and will not play sample music selections. "UNABLE TO PLAY THE FILE", is the error message. I got a reply suggesting I install a new program prox2 "patch". I was glad to receive this information, however the update did not eliminate the problem.

I used to use VS10 along with smartsound. Then I ugraded to VS12. Computer issues required a SYSTEM RECOVERY. Since then I only use VS12. Now, I am working on a new project, and realize that audio doesn't work at all.

I don't know how to fix this, and the manual doesn't offer any insight. Could someone give me some ideas on how to can use all of the features of this program.?

Do you mean your computer has no sound at all, or do you mean you have no sound when using videostudio?

it has sound for everything else, but not for this program.
