Hi all,
If I want to put a title over a video and make at the same time:
a) shadow X 3.0 and Y 3.0
b) drop shadow
Ulead Video Studio 11 + will not allow me to do so simultaneously. Whenever I apply a shadow, I can't do anything else.
So is there only one option available?
Thanks.

I am putting a title over a video so I click a TITLE tab, put a title and click on BORDER/SHADOW/TRANSPARENCY tab.Kenneth Veal wrote:What exactly are you doing in the Title Step Options Panel and under what headings ..Ken
I want to use simultaneously two features: EXTRUDE SHADOW and DROP SHADOW options for the same title. Is it possible?
Thanks

Title Shadow
In Title step
Double click Screen
Click "T" next to Botrder/Shadow/Transparency
Under Border tab check outer stroke border box
Raise numerical value and watch text sample change
Under shadow tab adjust X+Y values + view changes
click OK
Type text
Click outside text and a box shows around the text
Drag the green handle(little box on the right) and that will also give the text shadow
Hope this helps...................................Ken

No, you can only have one shadow applied at a time. If you had X2 Pro, with 2 title tracks, you could simulate what you want. Have one title on track 1 with the drop shadow, the other on track 2 with the extrude shadow.
I'm afraid that to get this effect with v11 you would have to do an intermediate render. Create one title with the drop shadow, and render it to a video file. Put that resulting video file on the timeline and make a second title with your extrude shadow, positioning it over the title that is in your clip.
