Fix project properties

As make movie templates save your settings for the burn stage, is there any way of doing the same thing a the start of a new project.I know its not
a lot of trouble when you are used to it( to set the project properties but
the settings always change back bit rate + quality wise on next use.Would be nice to have a foolproof method. ..........................Ken

Only way I know is to:
1. Start new project.
2. Set the properties
3. Save the blank project with a suitable name.

Next time you want to use those same settings open that empty project and immediately save it under a new name (Preserving your template project.)
