Video Filters not showing

Video Filters not showing

I cannot find the video filters. I click on a clip in the timeline then click on attribute, but video filters do not show up. The icons are all dark an not clickable. Where can I find the filters?

Just do a search on this forum for "disappearing video filters" and you should get lots of answers to that one.
