I joined this forum first to say thank you as I could find leads that helped me solve the problem I was having with VideoStudio Pro X2, version12.0.980
At the 99% mark of the rendering stage of a 93minutes file I was met with a ¡§Cannot load library¡¨ [19151:3:3] error, frustrating as the deadline for the project was approaching fast.
Glad my client show understanding and I could browse threads here where that error was discussed.
It appeared to me many people have run into the same problem. I read there is no ¡§one fix for all¡¨ but I think it will be helpful for readers if a mod or admin could post a sticky about, the same way there is one already about increasing the page file size. By the way, same indication is found in the Help File of VS.
A sticky with steps to be taken and in what order:
* avoiding 3D transitions
* increasing the page file
* places of folders for the files created by VS for different tasks
* prevent cache writing
* update DirectX
* stop the antivirus ¡V here I will add "and disconnect from the web"
* other
For my part, as the movie is on a serious topic I did not use any fancy effects ¡V i.e, no 3D transitions ¡V a culprit that was caught in some threads here as causing the error.
And the error appearing at the 99% mark let me think transitions were not the cause.
Initially I used 4 or 5 different transitions from the Film, Slide and Peel Categories, but just to make sure I replaced ALL transitions, close to 300, by a single one.
I also checked that pictures from the overlay track were not overlaping with effects and shortened their duration or simply moved them a little when this was the case.
Default location for VS to store Files is in C:\My Documents, instead I indicated D:\VS work.flow ¡V plenty of room and also created a folder on D:\ for the output files.
In short, it worked.
