My vision is at 12.0.98.0 Pro from first install.

You obviously have not installed the update patch. It is not easily found on Corel's website. However there is a link provided in the Announcement found at the top of this forum. After installing the update patch, the version should read 12.0.98.1

But note that some user's version numbers are 12.0.96.0. We don't know why the difference. :roll:

I bought X2 Ultimate version and after the patch it shows:
12.0.96.1 Ultimate

So I guess:
96 = Ultimate
98 = pro

I suggested the same thing in another thread a couple of weeks ago as I too have the Ultimate version, and it uses 96 and not 98.
