Alludo USER to USER Web Board

I'm completely new to this, so I'm probably missing something very obvious. I've edited a few mpegs together and am trying to make a DVD. When the Create Disk screen comes up, my project is listed along the bottom, but all the controls in the player are grayed out. I get the same thing on the Add/Edit chapter screen. It says to drag the jog bar to the point where I want to create a chapter, but there isn't one. All the controls are grayed out.

Any ideas on what I'm missing?

First of all the controls should be available.

There have been problems in the past that updating DirectX seems to cure.
Read the Announcement at the top of this forum regarding Direct X
Worth running this even if you think you have the latest version.
