VS11 Freezes with error msg when audio file opened

I am getting the message "Ulead Video Studio has encountered a problem and needs to close" whenever i open the audio tab/folder. In that folder there are only 3 files. 2 are white boxes with a cross labeled A01 & A02 and next to those there is a white box with no label. VS11 freezes seconds after opening the audio and then VS11 closes when you aknowledge the windows error message. If you cntl alt del it says VS11 is "not responding". I am new and have not messed with the audio much so i am not sure when this happened. Any ideas?

Are you using a trial version or the full version? I ask because I am pretty sure the full version comes with more than 3 audio files. Therefore, a reinstall may be necessary.
