the video format for the files i want to format are .mov. They originated from my Olympus digital camera, audio type is mp3 at bit rate 128kb/s and another one 321kb/s

The error occured when i was trying to share - create video file. Tried with PAL VCD, PAL SVCD, custom and with "same as project settings". But all had the one error msg:

unable to load library [19151:3:3]

MOV files can be troublesome to edit.
I have found that the best thing to do with them is to convert them from MOV to MPEG2 before starting a project.

You can do this with Super (Free Software)

I had no problems editing .MOV files with Corel. I edited my whole video without any problem. It actually created a video file but only around 26% of the whole video, because its after 26% into the creation of the video file the error msg comes up.

What could be the reason?

I would look at what you have in your project around the 26% mark. There may be a transition or something in the overlay tracks that is causing VS to fall over.

thanks a lot, the problem was with the transition. I was able to create the video file after i removed it and replaced it with another one.

Once again, many many thanks :D

cheers
