Lost video filter in vsx2

Post by coachm212 »

I have recently bought the upgraded version of vsx2 (upgraded from vs10) and AGAIN i have expereinced lost video filters. The symptoms are slightly different, "video filters" are still listed in the drop down menu but when I click on them a tab pops up that read "all" when I click on that the library clears and only empty space is there, no filters. Is the fix the same as it was for VS10??

This is the first I have heard of this problem. I don't see why you couldn't try the v10 fix.

Coachm212..I on occasion lose my video filters from video studio pro X2 and have to remove the entire program and re-install it....it restores the video filters, until I corrupt the file, again some how. It has happened to me a few times with this current video editor and the older versions.,

Terry,
I know I've fixed this problem before but here I am again and I have forgotten where to locate the file I need to delete in windows 7. Is documents and settings still what I need to look for in windows 7.
