Adding images or wipes with video frame

Using frame by frame editing I want to be able to add wipes or images in between the video frames. How to using Video Studio 11.5 Plus?

Member Ron Guthrie has a couple of great tutorials posted on YouTube, that show and tell how to do this. However he uses Cool 3D to create an image to use for his wipe...
