When I create my menu I cant preview it. I downloaded and applied directx9, rebooted and confirmed with run>dxdiag.
Any info would be apperciated to get this function to work.
Sincerely,

Bummer
The DirectX update seems to solve the preview problem most of the time.
Do you have a downloaded version, or the full boxed retail version?
If the latter, you might try a repair install, otherwise maybe just try re-installing. Disconnect from the net and shut down your firewall and AV programs when you do the install, that might help, since they've had to become pretty aggressive in the last few years.
Fill in the pc related stuff in your profile too, to avoid having to repeat what kind of system your running.

I had a similar problem a while ago. DirectX did not solve it. I reinstalled VS and did a System Restore, one of which fixed the problem.
