failed to read dvd info.

Hi guy! I'm trying to capture files from a dvd i made but, an error code comes up saying failed to read dvd report id 0x80040901(2305). Can someone help me please!
How are you trying to capture the files?
You could try copying the dvd to your hard drive first, then try capturing from there.
