Welcome to the forums,
VS Pro X2 comes with those transitions. It does not have as many as VS8, because Corel has dropped several of them. I would not recommend trying to transfer any of the transitions. It can cause problems with your program. They are not like the other Library files...

Just to see if it might work copy/pasting the proper file from VS8 into VS 12, I just attempted this, and they just do not work.
