HELP unreadable in X2

Is there a way to display (inbuilt) help in a large enough font to make it readable?
I have checked preferences but could not see anything.
I have my monitor set to 1280 X 1024 and have a RADEON 9200 256MB video card.

Not at home right now but if you check the installation directory I think you will find the help file is also there in PDF format.

Hold down the Ctrl key and rotate the scroll wheel on your mouse, or change the font size in Internet Explorer. Which ever you do, it will change the font size in both CHM help files and in Internet Explorer.
