Welcome to the boards,
Yep, we've been dealing with that and other problems for about a year now. The debug error just started a few months ago. The staff (Moderators, Advisors, Senior Memb;ers and us Admins) are just volunteers. We are users of the various Corel/Ulead programs, and volunteer our time here helping others out.
So when these problems come up, we notify Corel, and then it's up to them to correct it. So far they are well aware of this problem, and hopefully they will come up with a real fix to it, instead of the multitudes of band-aids...
Again welcome to the forums...
