Story Book Effect?

Story Book Effect?
Is there an effect for opening a book and starting your video on the first page of a book? You know...like a once upon a time fairy tale beginning....
Thanks !
Thanks !

Well there are some Album transitions like that. However I tried finding a Frame that could be placed in an overlay track, and the nearest to that was more of an album then a storybook.
If you have an image editing program, like PI, PSP, or CorelDraw, you could create one. Where you want the video to show through just needs to be white, and the image saved as a PNG.

Have a look at Accolades demo on transitions. It's the second one up in the video...glenn71x wrote:HMmm I don't see Album under transitions..... Am I looking in the wrong place?

What version are you using? I think they were introduced with v10.

When you install the free prodad plug in it creates a file adorage.vfxglenn71x wrote:Thanks for pointing me to the free trial of ProDad. I was wondering if you could explain to me how to integrate it with X2. You said you copied the plug-in to the X2 vfx folder. Which plugin? Can you explain that to me? There are a ton of files that are in the Vitascene directory. What do I need to copy?
Thanks so much
Glenn
which will be found in
C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 11\vfx_plug
11 is the version number so if you had 10 it would be
C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 10\vfx_plug
You simply copy/paste it the your VSX2 version which is located at
C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel VideoStudio 12 Pro\vfx_plug
(They changed the directory structure due to Corel now being the owners)
Similarly if you have MediaStudio you will find the plug in at
C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead MediaStudio Pro 8.0\Vfx_plug
