hey guys can anyone help me. i have corel video studio x2 and after i finish editing and try to render the file, it tells me error unable to load library.can anyone help me please?

That is a common and often very difficult error to troubleshoot. It can be caused by several things. The question has been posed numerous times over the last few years.
Try doing a search on the VideoStudio forum for "Unable to Load Library" and you'll see what I mean...
