Hi,

I have installed the free trial of CVS and got dissapointed- can not make chapters.
First of all in the screen I do not have the possibility to play the project, play button remains grey. And if i try it terminates the programm.
At the same time when using my old VS 7, i can chapter without any troubles.
The files i use are avi, captured by VS7.

Any ideas?

I too am having adding chapters automatically. This use to work fine until today.

I just came from a short track speedskating meet and so far I have to manually add my chapters.

I'm working with .m2t raw files transferred from my Sony HDR-HC7. I never had issues now until today. Just installed the November 2008 release of DirectX. Going to find out how that works.

I'm on a Dell XPS m1330 Intel Core 2 Duo 2GHz processor. Vista 64-bit with 4GB of updated working with Corel VS12 Pro.

Some problems like these are fixed by updating to the latest version of Microsoft DirectX.

I can confirm this. Once I installed the new DirectX release, everything started working properly again on all my machines.
