Problem with burned DVD menu

Post by JoReneA »

After I create a DVD in ULead and burn it to the disk, I cannot see the little icon that shows where you are in a menu. It shows up fine in the preview and it also shows up if I play the DVD on the computer. But when I put the DVD into my regular DVD players (two different manufacturers), I can not see it and thus can't move around the menu. It is sort of hit or miss as to where I am and what will play. Has anyone else had this problem. If so, how do I solve it:?

Thank you.

Using Version 6.

Possibly it is a corrupted menu template. Have you tried a different menu template?

Please let me know which template you are having problems with - they each have a name below the template thumbnail.

Menu Problem

Post by JoReneA »

Sorry it took awhile to get back to this forum. The menu template is 06_OneS01. I have the problem even when I click on show menu highlight, which is the advice I got from Corel when I asked them for tech support.

Thank you.

I have uploaded fresh copies to the following link - you need both files
06_OneS01
06_OneS01_MS
http://www.humyo.com/6113409-184859905

You need to replace your existing files which should be located at
C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead DVD MovieFactory 6\Ulead DVD MovieFactory 6\Content\Menu Template\4x3\One Scene Button

(If you have a different version than MovieFactory 6 alter the path accordingly)

Thank you, but I can't figure out how to download these files or get them to my computer. I see them and can check them but can't find a download button. Could you give me some help?

Thanks!

Double click the required file and a box should open asking if you want to download or open the file. You might find it easier with Internet Explorer.

Thank you. I finally figured out that I was trying to download 2 files and it only allows one at a time, so I was not getting the download option.
