I wonder if it is possible to convert video's to a better quallity FLV format. The standard 320 x 240 24 bits 30 fps is sometimes not good enough. I tried to put the compression qquality set on level 2. But it can better! But how? I don not want to convert to the 640 x 480 format.

If you don't want to increase the resolution, how do you expect the quality to improve? VS only has the 3 Levels of compression, Level-0, Level-1, and Level-2. However you do have a long list of frame sizes if you use the Share>Video File>Custom approach. In the Save as Type box, press the drop-down menu and choose Flash Files (*.flv). Now press Options, and on the General tab you will be able to select a frame size, ranging from 40 x 30 to 800 x600.

If you're planning on uploading to YouTube or a like video hosting website, then I would recommend the 640 x 480 frame size. Larger will not gain you much in quality, but will increase the file size. Smaller will suffer quality loss when it is recoded by the hosting service.
