Invalid parameter

does anyone know how i can fix this error please.
PhotoImpact .... Invalid Parameter (1450:3:13)
it happens when i try to use the plugin Filter Attacks.
it was working perfectly well untill i formatted my pc and reinstalled PI and my filters.
i did clean uninstall of PI and reinstalled it
installed PI10 patch/update
uninstalled FilterAttacks and reinstalled that.
all other plugins are working correctly
Filter Attacks works with my other digital imaging program on same pc

running xp home
1 gig ram
amd athlon 1.14GHz

I'm not familiar with Filter Attacks. Is it suppose to install the required files into PI's Plug-ins folder? If not have you manually told PI where to find those?

thanx for the reply...
it has its own setup which i directed to its own folder in my plugin directorywhich is D:\Filters and Fonts... and yes PI is pointed at this folder
FilterAttacks wants to install itself into C:\Plugins which i also tried with the same outcome... invalid parameter
FilterAttacks does save a setup log if thats any help to u or somebody
