MicroMV Unable to Capture HELP!

Error - Failed to build capture graph. This is what I am getting. I do not see any video in the window, nor audio as well. I am able to control the camera - DCR-IP55 - via the firewire, yet no video there to capture. Anyone know the solution?

click on "Tools >> Change Capture Plug-in,,," in the drop-down in the new dialogue window select "MicroMV MPEG Capture Plug-in" - click OK - try importing again.
