Chapter Templates will not load

I recently purchased VideoStudio 9
After I finish my project and go to Share - Create Disc - Add/Edit Chapter - Next ... I get the following message "Failed to load template file".

I cannot seem to get beyond this to burn my DVD.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like your programme didn't install properly and VideoStudio cannot find the templates, did you download or buy discs, if you have a disc you may be able to use the 'repair' option - failing that you may need to re-install VideoStudio.

Your templates should have loaded to C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 9.0\Templates\4_3\### (or 16_9\### for different formats) - might be worth checking that that is where they are.

Well guys I've tried everything suggested (other than uninstall and re-install) and still 'NO GO'.
I do not have a hard copy as v.9 was a download. I have installed everything from smartdownload with no difference.
I guess I need to remove and reinstall.
What a hazzle.

Well, I completely removed the program from my HD.
Re-installed the upgrade.
Downloaded and installed all files form SmartDownload.
No difference - chapter templates will still not load.

Any firther suggestions?
