using video loops in VS

I have several video lopoing backgrounds. They are around 6 seconds each. How do i get them to loop? Do i have to keep inerting thenm again and again onto the timeline until it covers the time i want (such as 4 times insert if i need them to cover a period of 24 seconds on the timeline)
or is there some other way to use loops ?
