Unable to burn Disk ( lack of space on C- Drive )

I had a problem when trying to burn a DVD last week. The error was lack of space on my C-Drive. I had already changed all the temp directories to my D-drive and this didn't help. I still got the same error.
I contacted tech support. Their reply was change the working folder in the Create disc step as well.
