It was fun reading about other's experience with technology and changes. My first computer was a Interact (has anyone heard of that?). It was in the 70's and had a keyboard with memory and processer underneath. For video you hooked it to your TV. It had a whopping 64KB (yes 1,000 not 1,000,000) and the storage was a cassette tape.
I programmed it in assembly language and Basic. I thought I had died and gone to heaven.

I have dolby digital with Blu-Ray now thanks to Trevor
Trevor it worked! Creating the Blu-Ray folder, instead of the disk, then add a new template to the Movie Wizard did the trick. I never would have thought of that.
My Blu-Ray drive came today so I'll see if I can get my VS video on it and actually play it.
From what I've gathered I could have done the same thing with a AVCHD video on a DVD with a lot less cost with the main difference being the capacity. Live and learn...
