Snow effect

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make a snowing effect in VideoStudio 11.5+? If not within VideoStudio, any other software package do this? Possibly some type of plug-in.

What I am wanting to do is have snow falling over a video i am working on.

Try one of the Flash animation overlays...it's not very realistic though...

Thanks for starting me on a link. Following the link i found out that Cool3D Production Studio could make the effect I want.
