When I uncheck the default transition in Preferences, it always checks itself back on when I re-open VS 11.5 Plus. How can I turn it off forever?
thanks,
robert
Can I turn off the default transition box permanently?

Hi Robert
The option should remain unchecked.
I recall a similar problem, seems that a file had been set as Read-Only.
We never did find out why the file was checked as read-only.
But by changing the file / folder options cured the problem
Cannot remember the exact file name but for XP was in this folder.
C:\Documents and Settings\USER NAME\Application Data\Ulead Systems\11.5
Right click the folder and select properties, uncheck ¡¥read-only¡¦
Set for all files.
PS
If you cannot see this folder then set ¡¥show hidden files and folders¡¦ from Tools-Folder options¡Xview.
Others on the forum may recall this problem to identify the actual file.
Hope this works
