can dvd workshop import and work on ufo menu templates?

is there anyway that DWS can import exiting ufo menu template and then a user may improve on them and export them back for use from within Videostudio?

...or are these two programs mutually exclusiive. If so it is my opinion that they should not be!

DVD Workshop can import UFO files from VideoStudio / MovieFactory
However it is a "One way Street" because when you create or modify a menu with DVD Workshop it uses a its own "UPX" format.

DVD Workshop is no longer being developed and is an "End of Life" product.

But howis the "one way" importing done? Can't see any option to do so. Si can import ufo files and then finish the dvd authoring from within DWS

yes i am aware that DWS is no longer being developed but i got a resale copy real cheap so i picked it up.

So how are DVD menus authored for VS? possibly photoimpact? Is it difficult from within Photoimpact
