Need help uploading video from Camcorder to my computer

Hi
I am a new user. I have VideoStudio 11 and Vista. I have been trying to load video from my camcorder to the computer, but the resulting video is choppy both in audio and video. I have tried defragging the computer, cleaning up the computer files, closing most items in the system tray, but still I have this problem. I have 2G of RAM and over 30 G space left on my hard drive.

I even tried loading video from an older tape from my camcorder and still no luck. Tape that had previously been uploaded successfully!

I also tried uploading to another computer running XPand VideoStudio 10 but same results. Can someone help? Thanks for your support in advance!

We need more info in order to help.

First, why don't you post this in the VideoStudio forum where it will get more attention.

Second, please read THIS and answer those questions.
