missing video/audio/image requesters

DVD WS 2 ES was working fine, until today. i had changed the name of my video drive where my video files were stored), and when i opened up WS i of course had to relink files, but in addition i no longer had any file requesters in teh lower right of the screen. where did they go, and how do i get them back? i tried doing a "repair", but nothing changed.
