Bug in VS9

OK, I cleaned my C:, uninstalled all games, etc. and released 4.7Gb
After this I ran VS9 and created DVD pointing everything possible to F:. Guess what - after all free space on C: was 1.5Gb. So, regardless of my settings program still goes to C:
If this is not a bug, then I don't know what to say.
By the way, did anyone try to put an effect BEFORE video itself? I.e., start DVD with some effects? It was possible in version 7, but it looks like, they lost this future.

Ok

From a new project.

Go to Share / Create Disc

At the lower left corner Click the icon with the down arrow. (below the DVD symbol)

Select Preferences

What does the ‘Working Folder’ indicate?????????? (it looks greyed out)

If it indicates your C drive----change to your F drive.
