Customizing the Track Manager

Hi all!

As already written in another thread, I wonder if there is a way to get rid of unuseful tracks (Overlay Track, Voice Track) to maximize the visual area of the only two track I need: the Video Track and the new Audio Track.

I know there is the Track Manager, but it seems to be impossible to uncheck those tracks.

The basic tracks will always remain visible.
