"unable to load library"

Post by su1300 »

Earlier I used vs10 and it satisfied me very much. Now I downloaded a copy of vs12(trial) and trying to get it's new features. But there is a problem. When I set a project with some photos and videos with transition effect and convert it to cd or mpeg1 file.... a error comes like "unable to load library" [19151:3:3] and the conversion stopped. Kindly help me about this problem.

the virtual file size change does not help. Eliminating proigrams does not help. fighting over resources for something that just worked and suddenly doesn't needs a real response.
What is the answer to this problem ?

and why is it fast and not fast? where is this dynamics happening to falsely judge resources?? bad is win 98 dammit...except it keeps running...

as not unusual, the lack of forum repsonse resorts to voodoo religion.

anyway it is

DIRECTX9C UPDATE

I recently made the cd for my os sp3 integrated...and no concern for directx. I guess gotta remake my OS cd.

if you get the error, try directx. Nov 2008 has yet another update (been awhile)

Please see the Announcement at the very top of this Board which has been there for a while. It gives everyone the link to the latest DirectX update -- which incidentally works for both DirectX 9.0c (XP) and 10 (Vista).
