Hello everyone
I am trying to use the online email option in Corel's website but it refuses to work for me. The reason is that whenever I enter Videostudio X2 as the product, it probably checks in my profile and sees that I only have a registered version of VS10 and when I enter VS 10 as the product, it says that it's not supported by Corel. Well, the only option is to hope for an answer here.
As I mentioned above, I have a registered copy of VS10. I want to use the upgrade option and go for X2. A friend offered me to buy it through the Canada store. The original I have was bought in the UK. I am living in Greece. However, I would like to know whether
a) I can use the upgrade option in a shop worldwide and not necessarily the European one (in my case the Canada shop).
b) If the version I buy from Canada will allow me to select PAL/SECAM as the video type.
I am interested in upgrading my VS10 to the boxed version of VS X2. Unfortunately, it is impossible to contact Corel and ask this directly. Any help is appreciated since I really want to upgrade.
Thanks in advance

Have you tried to re-register VS10

The Canadian version and the British Version is to the best of my knowledge one and the same. I think there might be a problem if you purchased a Japanese or similar version.
If you bought the Canadian version it should ask you if you want PAL or NTSC. I get this question whenever I install a British version.

Hi there
when I login to corel.com (and ulead.com) I can see that in View Your Products VS10 is listed. And when I submit a question I get this answer:

In any case, I hope I can purchase this. Basically, when I download a trial version (as well as the original VS10), I am asked which country I am in and it sets the system to PAL/SECAM but I can choose NTSC if I want too. I also hope that a valid S/N can work no matter from where I download or puchase the product. With no email support, I am left in dark, but I hope I won't have trouble and that I will be able to contact Corel somehow in case of a problem. Please review the suggested responses below:
