I must apologise for leaving an ambigouos message on the board. I spent 2 hours raking through the FAQs without finding the link to the pdf document. The link to the pdf is well hidden in the FAQs. Yes, I always visit FAQs first before asking questions.

I suspect Steve may have thought you meant you could not find the link the the FAQs, as opposed to what I think you really meant: the link to the PDF within the FAQ thread... :roll:
